The service persons went above and beyond what would be expected. courteous, patient and polite.
Radio went out on Thursday night and I called and Chuck got me in Friday Morning and within 30 mins I was done and on my way home . Great people

We take our explorer here for all services and have never had any issues. We also bought our explorer at Don Hinds. :-)
Took my truck to be serviced. They popped the front tire and damaged the ball joints when they drove it off the lift. NOW SURPRISE!! They won't fix it. Find yourself another place to service your vehicle. They'll will do more damage than service.
