My Ford Escape has been serviced at Don Hinds Ford several times and it has always been a positive experience.
While on vacation I experienced the dreaded death shudder in the steering of my Super Duty. Contacted Chuck Callahan who was able to work me in and turned my truck over to Dennis Griffin for diagnosis and repair. Dennis diagnosed a failed steering damper and replaced it. Chuck handled the warranty paperwork and had me on my way with additional documentation of service bulletins related to this issue in case I had to contact my local dealership for further work.
