The customer service is outstanding! Everyone is helpful, caring, kind and concerned with your needs! I have purchased a truck there back in 1999 and still own it. I purchased a 2010 F150 Super Crew 4X4 from another dealer at the time, but have been bringing this to Don Hinds Ford for service/oil changes. I am extremely happy!

I have been taking my car(s) to Don Hinds service dept. now for 14 years. Starting from the first drive in the service drive I was greeted by Jim Zell and have been treated like family ever since. The work they have done for me has been anywhere from routine service, tires, and even including major repairs. Found a very nice used ‘16 F-350 truck to pull my new travel trailer. Chatted on line, made an appointment to go look at it Tuesday afternoon. Got my trade in appraised and was approved for financing. Had two minor issues I asked the salesman to have looked at. Had to call him back this morning to ask status. He said, “oh, they took a deposit from someone in North Dakota this morning.” I said “you never asked me for a deposit but I would have given one if asked.” I guess they would rather do business over the internet than u... read more
