RecommendedCrunched my 4Runner almost to the point of being totaled. Don Hinds Ford Fishers Collision center did an incredible job bringing it back to perfection. I have searched high and low and cannot find any signs of damage repair. It seems as good as new. Great people to deal with throughout the entire repair. Hopefully never have to use them again, but would in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone for any body work on any model vehicle.

The service department is very responsive to my needs. Steve Harris is my service advisor and he is makes sure that my car is looked at in a timely manner. The service technician (Jim Brace) treats my car like it's his own. I like that a lot. My appointments are scheduled at a time that's convenient. Since I am looking to purchase a new car this year, I would be hard pressed to go outside the Ford family due to the quality of the service at Don Hinds. bought used Ford F150 at different dealership, went to Don Hines to get spare key made, they JUMPED over themselves to serve us and have been a Don Hines fan ever since. Truck eventually died and replaced it with a Ford Explorer and am still a fan of Don Hines Ford.

It was fast and painless ,honestly it was 1 of the best places I've been at to get a car I went there knowing I'm always in a hurry but it was not as long as I expected,also the atmosphere was really friendly ,and the reason y i mostly went there was from a phone call to me the person said I'm a horrible car salesmen so I'm not gonna put u n something u dont want and I wasnt harassed with several phones on a daily basis, all n all customer service gets a #1 from me.I will be bck to upgrade my Ford escape p.s absolutely love ... read more
