The only reason I go to Don Hinds Ford is there excellent service.
We had our older car in for service. The advisor we had seemed swamped and was not very communicative about where we were at as the day progressed. He also did not listen when I was discussing with him what we wanted done. Again, I felt that was more because he was being pulled in multiple directions.
Online chatted and emailed about a used car. At first it was available, then were told it wasn't available, then it was going to be sold on Ebay, then it was back on the website and they emailed me to say when it was on the lot so I could see it. Drove the 30 miles up there to be told our saleperson was busy and the car had gone to auction the day before. The salesman who was available tried to show me more expensive cars so we walked away.
Selling trucks that catch fire on 465 nowadays, huh!? Classic!!
Wish I could leave zero stars. Just got off the phone with Brad the GM. I bought a used 2015 pickup two weeks ago. I got it with warranty. It had issues right away and they said it was nothing and they fixed it. It literally exploded yesterday and they won’t stand behind it at all. Terrible Dealership
My Mustang was involved with a recall on Takata airbags. The service call was scheduled and the car was taken in that day. My Mustang was serviced and returned on time. I was very satisfied with the service call and timely return of my car. I will recommend Don Hinds Ford in the future.
Disappointed in the lack of urgency. While i made an appointment on a Monday to have my ac looked at. Had my Escape there at 7:45 am on the Wednesday at my appointmebt time. Called at 12 to see if they found out anything. They hadnt even looked at it. Called back at 4:25 pm to ask the same question. The reply was.."well it has a leak somewhere its up on the lift". Went to get a loaner car, they didnt have any available, so went to Enterprise where all they had was a huge SUV. Finally got my car back around 4:30 on Thursday. ... read more
