RecommendedReliable, stay on time with service. My Fusion has been a great car! Switched in 2014 from a Camry. I was worried I made a mistake, but it turned out I got a better vehicle in the Fusion than the previous Camry! The ride and handling is so much better!
When I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was very impressed with the customer service at Don Hinds Ford. The staff were personable and professional, there was a nice waiting area, and my car was ready quicker than I expected. I love my Ford Escape! It has lots of extras, excellent technology features, is fun to drive, and is a beautiful ruby red (my favorite color). I highly recommend Don Hinds Ford!
I want to send a HUGE SHOUT out to Don Hinds Ford in Fishers and (sales person Janet) Jeep dealership refused to help us get into a vehicle that I can get Binh into from his wheelchair. After buying (4) Jeeps from them and I referee a good friend Holly which bought a new Journey. Well my Grand Cherokee was too high so there was NO way to get Binh transferee in. It only took 1/2 hour for the WORKs! Oil change and tire rotation. Nice waiting room! This will be my new Ford Dealer! I really appreciate them making appointments also. Capital city makes you arrive at 7-8 am and may not be done until 6 pm!
No problem with Don Hinds. Ford can not get part to fix my hands free till April 2019
