Bought a used truck from them, 2 tires didn’t meet CPO requirements so they changed and put new ones on, which is weird because if 2 didn’t meet then all 4 shouldn’t have met due to same life/or bad rotation. Took truck in for first rotation and truck started to pull afterwards found out it was a tire issues from the old ones. Instead of changing the old tires out for new ones they tried USED tires, why they put used on blows my mind. Had wheel bearings wearing out on my 07 Explorer, so they replaced the front bearings. The next day I noticed that there was still a loud sound coming from the drive train. Brought it back in, and sure enough, one of the rear wheel bearings was also bad. They replaced those bearings for cost of parts only. As Steve, my service writer explained, they waived the labor because they missed the rear bearing the first time. Not all service shops would do that on their own.
