We purchased a truck at the end of 2018 from Don Hinds. One week after purchasing the truck we began to have major issues and they have been ongoing. I have not been impressed with anyone there until our last couple encounters with Scott, a service representative there. He's great and understands our frustration. RecommendedAsk for Sarah. She was extremely knowledgeable about the hybrid Fusion and how it compared to other models available. She helped me in June/July in the middle of the pandemic when I needed to replace a 2005 vehicle that was not drivable. My husband and I have been customers of Don Hinds for over 20 years. Everything from my sales experience to service has been amazing here over the years. This review is overdue. However, on a recent visit, I was upset to find out that an after market product I used cause an issue with my car. Don Hinds replaced parts at no charge, despite it not technically being a warranty issue. This just confirmed my years of loyalty and I am happy to continue using them for ALL sales and service! Don Hinds Ford has the best service department of any dealership I have ever used. Calling to make an appointment to the scheduling department and getting a Person to set up your visit. Each service person is polite and passonite about what they are doing. It always seems like the employees love to work there and enjoy the business they are in.
