Took my 2011 Ford fusion in for what was suppose to be a recall on the power steering after using every tactic to avoid accountability they finally found a loop hole due to too many miles. This is a safety issue mind you driven by a mother of 2 children on being only 6 months old. Furthermore after being denied the repair they opted to charge us for diagnostic although we told them what the issue was upon delivery. Very sad and disturbing costumer dealings.
