Make sure to check all Carfax before purchasing. They do not disclose unless you check. I realize not against the law but not Good business practices either. Their damaged vehicles are no big deal and full price however your damaged vehicles (even fender benders) are not worth even close to value. Proceed with caution!!!!

Couldn't buckle the driver's seat belt and Service was able to get me in that afternoon. Lounge area allowed me to work during the downtime though I didn't spend much time in it. Out comes the service tech who had the issue resolved and I was on my way! Well done Don Hinds Ford!
Chuck Callahan went above and beyond when our truck lost power and set an error code. We were pulling our RV heading for Nashville when it occurred by the dealership. Chuck came to the truck, checked the code, and advised us what we needed to do, at no charge. We made it to Nashville which wouldn’t have happened without Chuck’s help!

While in Noblesville my car started overheating. It's 4 o'clock on Friday afternoon and I'm 2 hours from home. I stopped in to see if anyone could take a look and tell me if my car was safe to drive. Honestly, I didn't think I had a chance of them even looking at it before Monday. But not only did they look at it, they were able to fix the problem and had me on my way in less than 2 hours. Thank you to all of you who helped me. I wish I could remember your names.
