We have purchased two cars from Don hinds ford. We have made two appointments for recall work and both times they kept it all day then said they didn't have time to do it. This is after making an appointment to have work done.
I bought a car pre owned 2 years ago with powertrain but expried on September 15 2015 and today i was going to see my father who has stage 4 brain cancer an now cant see him because the transmission stopped working today
It's never good to quote a price for repairs and then have a bill with a 35% increase from the quoted "worst case scenario". Now after the repair is "complete" my truck has been returned as it is running worse then before. Then to get a phone call saying it will be an additional $1900. After a fit, I'm told they are willing to not charge labor (for something they caused) so it will only be $850 for parts. My family is embarrassed for recommending them for service.
I haven't bought a car here but the service department is top notch! Jason has worked in my car from everything to a battery replacement to oil change to fixing something someone else screwed up, all with competitive pricing. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone and I know I won't take my fusion anywhere else.

I stopped in at Don Hinds two days ago because i was unable to relearn my tpms. Mr. Ron Bechman had two team members check my tire pressure and relearn my tpms in just minutes. No appointment, no questions, just awesome service. Thanks you Ron, and Don Hinds.
Ok. We bought two cars here in 2008 and have used Don Hinds Ford for all our maintenance and repairs. No one is perfect and when we picked up our car Tuesday night after a rather expensive A/C repair the interior was a mess. I emailed Jim Zell and took it back the next day. They promptly made it right and went above any other Ford dealership I've ever done business with their customer service. Thanks to Jim Zell and the Don Hinds team we will be back to buy our next car and look forward to doing business with them!! ❤️
