Everytime I go in the Dollar General the aisles are always blocked by unpacked stock. Yes, it is pushed to the one side but you can not get to anything on the one side. This is an ongoing problem. I'm disabled an if I get hurt someone is going to get sued. I would like a phone number to someone in corporate office.The man manager is very rude and don't speak to you. Since my last complaint was ignored, I contacted some news stations today so maybe this will get read!! Ok, Dollar General # 17542 in Gardendale AL. is the WORST!! Me along with another man waited in line for 15 minutes while the only cashier was talking to a ***** man.I got her attention and all she said to me was one minute sir!!.Turned out to be 15. The other man behind me got fed up and left and he had a buggy FULL of items. Business lost right there. Me along with other people have complained about this store for ages.... read more

Dollar General 1200 South parkway Arlington Texas I visited almost Everyday spending any where between 25-60$ I downloaded the app clip coupons also run coupon every week for 5$ off 25$ I go to app and click to use at be Register Well to my dismay you are never able to use coupon called corporate office spoke Porsche and Jacsile very rude no help as consumer if coupons are available I should be able to use them this needs to be looked into as when I get to register I ended up putting all merchandise back because they are not... read more

Your store on union street in brookhaven ms almost looks like its going out of business. There is never any products on the shelves but there is always people working. I like to use this store since it is only 2 streets away from my place.

I go in the dollar store in Haubstadt Indiana once are twice a week and normally buys couple things like gum .The price tag says a 100 but item rings up 110 and the other day I bought some coke 2 liters she rung up what the price was and when I told her it was wrong she still over charge me . I also bought some polish for counters it rung up 300 and the tag said 200 and I said something they just said who cares.

My wife purchased several "credit cards" to have time added on to her ************ Cell phone on 9/27/2021. The store located in Margate, FL did not have any ************e cards left in their inventory. The cashier advised my wife that the cards they did have which were ************************** were compatible with ************e. When my wife came home to activate the time purchased they did not get processed. She made 3 trips to the store to advise cashier of the situation & to purchase another card. I am 80 years old and at 12:50 today, jan 14, i went to the bunkie la dollar gen for a large bag of dog food , 33 lbs. there were no buggies outside and i informed the clerk who said tough luck bla bla bla i threw the bag on my shoulder and found a buggy by the front and went and paid for my item i told the clerk there were some items in buggy not mine obviously store property she left my bag on counter and went put buggy in store, when i said maam i need to take my bag to my car in parking lot. she said you cant... read more

Thaxton , Ms , Dollar General has very few workers, no stock put out , just sitting in the back , going to waste!!

I love this location. The staff is very professional and the store is clean I have been in many other locations which have been a bit shady or unorganized. I will continue to give this store my business. I highly recommend.
