Would not return money back to my debit card for slime. The receipt that came out was for 2 hair lice. I brought trash bags & slime the day before Christmas. I got a unprofessional lady telling me she cant look up transaction with my debit card. They were not lind and were bothered by my request.

Don't write a check there. They told me my check didn't go through so I used my debit card. I got double charged. It was at the sterling ks store. Horrible customer service. I tried getting my money back. Talked to corporate 2 times. Asked them about it. My husband has talked to the manager. I got ripped off. 130.00 I cant get back. I've been very patient. It happened back in September. They lost me as a customer.
I made a small purchase due to an emergency at home so I thought I could rely on The Dollar General to accommodate my needs, however my wife and I were surrounded and falsely accused of trying to steal $32 worth of product due to the lack of communication from the cashier who never said anything to me. I saw "approved" on the card screen, looked at him, he looked dumbfounded, so I grabbed my purchase and proceeded to my $45k vehicle. I was not allowed to shop without a mask on. I was asked to leave, even though prior to walking in the manager was not wearing a mask. Obviously they are not informed of the ADA. Waterville, NY.

No employee stock the place and everything was expired by months and years. The place also smelled like urine and feces. I feel like it should no longer be open if they can't work any employees and the public.

The store overcharges on 50% of the items. Then they make you wait 20 minutes for the refund without the taxes paid. They also have the register screen facing the cashier so you can not see the charge for any item until you have the total bill. This has been going on for over a year at store #09129 1949 E Seventh St Charlotte NC 28204

This store is intentionally mis-pricing items to trick the customer to pay more. I have been overcharged multiple times in the last few months at the store, Today I saw the sign that said 2 two liters of Pepsi for $2.50 the register charged me $1.90 each. This is $3.80 when it should have been $2.50 I told the attendant that it was overcharging me. She lied and said it will be discounted the bottom of the receipt . It was not and the6 overcharged me. I was in one near me and the person working behind the counter was the dirties person I've ever seen. Hand were visibly soiled. So was her face and clothes. How can you have someone that's touching everyone's Merchandise to scan and bag it that is thar dirty. I almost didn't get the stuff after I was how dirty she was.
I waited at an empty check out counter for almost 10 minutes. When the clerk finally appeared out of the side office she walked behind the counter and began writing in a notebook while several people waited to be checked out. After another 5 minutes passed I asked "Could you please ring up my merchandise?"
