I placed an order for Dollar General on July 17th. I could not make the reserved time. I repeatedly tried to contact the store, but no one answer the phone. I reached out to Corporate who was somehow able to contact them, unfortunately I did not see her reply until it was too late for me to pick up my order. I placed another order yesterday, to be picked up today, at our local store. I am currently recuperating from knee surgery. I made the pickup time so my son could go to the store on his lunch break. I will be reaching out to someone since I never gotten a response back from anyone about situation that took place at dollar general in horn lake ms. I have gave them plenty of time time to respond and Nothing yet. My 13 year old son was accused of stealing by employee which My son was not and it took another customer to come to my mother car and tell my disable mom that employee was accusing him of stealing. They are ripping customers off. The electronic coupons rarely ever work anymore. The cashiers are aware and smash they hear customers complain. The coupons don't work at all through self checkout. I lost at least 50 bucks since they didn't know how to resolve the problem when I have complained in the store. Product pricing is not current as well. I bought heir brand toilet paper and the tag said 7:50 it rang up 8:50. I've experienced this with many of the products they carry. No one seems to care and I'm sure they don't sinc... read more

This store in Lancaster, SC has never had the same price in the register as the one on the shelf. Constant over-pricing. This has been going on since the store opened. I have taken to totalling up my purchases individually. I am not the only one. Several people have also echoed this. I have been given a refund, told to receive a refund I must return when a manager is there and also been outright refused while being called a liar. This store is on 903. There are several in the county

The dollar general store on south 61 store22450 anytime you go to that store on weekends you can't get through the aisles for carts it is dangerous I went to get paper towels yesterday they had carts lined all the way across the back wall so I couldn't get to them until they changed managers that store was probably one of the best in the state this is the second time I have complained about this same thing and nothing is ever done I home you can help thank you

I went to the Dollar general in Maple Heights, Ohio and I can say that customer service does NOT exist at this store. The manager Isiah J****** was more rude than any of the employees! He was so bent on saying no that he didn't even listen to the questions that I was asking. When you purchase $15 in ******* products according to the advertisement $3 automatically comes off, he just kept saying if you don't have a coupon to scan there is nothing that I can do. They have something that on if you buy two but they put a more expensive size of the product on the shelf where they have the sale price posted and when you check out you dont notice the scam they pulled on you until you're already home looking at the receipt. This is no accident it done done with the intention of defrauding the customers. I have talked to former employees who say that the managers tell them where to place the products and the the manager goes and puts the sale prices on the shelves later. Prices marked on shells are much lower in comparing the actual price charged at the register. The reason given: "short on staff and have no time to mark the correct prices". They addressed it to headquarters and problem is unresolved.

Monday 06/13/2022 at 17:52 store number 22045 no air conditioning and no air circulating in the business which is dangerous for the employees and customers. Could not even breathe normally wearing a mask. I consider this a health hazard for the employees and customers that were inside the store. The temperatures tomorrow will be even hotter than today and the store should be closed until they resolve the air conditioning problems.
