I placed an order online for pickup. For three cases of soda, the total came to $10.70. Unfortunately, the store was out of one of the cases of soda. So, they cancelled it and increased the price to $12.84 for 2 cases (instead of $10.70 for 3). Then, they placed the modified order on the pickup shelf and proceeded to charge me the higher price. I use to love Dollar General WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO DOLLAR GENERAL it h now HAS become a NIGHTMARE each time I visit any and all their locations in my surrounding area. Customer Service there is none. The shelves are always empty.. The stockroom and isles are full of merchandise always.. so much so So many boxes piled in the isles it is impossible to navigate a shopping cart down the isles. I'm being ripped off in Berea Ohio left and right the prices on the shelves are completely different than what I'm being charged at the register and when I asked for the right price they're very rude act like I'm completely putting them out bothering them and all they tell me is they don't get paid enough to deal with this

Drive up to park, get out of the car and step around all of the trash laying in the front of the store and walk past one of the employees smoking cigarettes right in front of the entrance. Go into the store, and barely anything has been unboxed now for weeks. Stacks of boxes everywhere. Once they run out of something, they don’t reorder it. They WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR TOTAL BY *******PHONES THAT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE ITS OWN IMEI/MEID. What a great company in this economic crisis to keep 100 bucks from a customer! Oh and let’s not forget that if a truck load of FOOD comes and 1 gallon of milk spills they throw the WHOLE LOAD in the dumpster for contamination!

I think Dollar Generals around the country need to be inspected, audited, and investigated. In many, and I do mean many of their stores, prices are completely different between whats written on the shelf and the register price on most items that doesn't come from the dollar aisle. The difference is usually by dollars, not a few cents.

Our location in Wollcottville, IN continues to issues $5 off a a $25 purchase at the registers when the store and corporate office know they can't accept them. I go out of my way to return to the store the following day to use the coupon and the cashier told me they have no way to accept them and it's been a long-term issue where they post a hand-written sign that says they can't accept their own coupons issued out of their own registers with the receipts. Store regular has wrong prices on the shelves. Often, more that $1-$2 increase. This is very misleading and has been taking place for months...Lubbock, Texas
