How about making the shelf price and the actual price match? It's a shock when you go to pay and everything has rung up .50 to $2 more than what is marked. And get those out of date registers replaced. Once again I had to wait for not just one but 3 reboots. Waiting on concrete floors for 20 minutes while 2 idiots try to figure out what is wrong isn't fun. You have been having this problem for months and still haven't gotten it taken care of. HELLO! I am not happy. Either fix it or shut the doors.

The NH location is highly abusive towards special needs people and feels the need to laugh about it with other customers, all staff on site are highly unprofessional and very rude.

I was refused service at the Albion, Illinois location. I went in to get a few items and as I was walking to the checkout the store manager said she was not checking me out and told me to leave. I askes her why and she wouldnt give me a reason. The more I asked the angrier she got and had another Dollar General employee call the cops. I didnt do anything wrong. This is a small town. I have not been in trouble with the law and a active member of the community. I feel discriminated against, being a disabled veteran.

Today my 83 year old grandmother went to her neighborhood Dollar General located at 1207 Cupples Rd. San Antonio, TX 78226 and tried to pay with a $100 dollar bill that she received from her bank. She was told that the money was fake when it was not. My grandmother was embarrassed because the employees told her it was fake for all the customers to hear and everyone was staring at her. Items prices are constantly labeled wrong so I wind up paying 20 to 30% more at the register. I'm never sure how much something actually is until it's actually rung up. Beware!

This store is a hazard and has items personal that has expired year's ago and still selling them I'm proof on 2 items I bought there

Our local Dollar General is terrible anymore.This is store #12905 in Parrottsville,TN.They have very few employees and the ones they do have are usually rude.I have encountered very few nice employees. Their hours are also unpredictable. I know most DG stores have set hours.I can't tell how many times a month I have really needed something and when I show up they are closed. I have to end up going further down the rd to get that specific item. Also I'm not sure what's going on with their system. I have ended up not getting s... read more
