I live in San Antonio Texas and I just left the Dollar general on Randolph boulevard where the cashier was extremely rude when I said my products on the counter to check out seeing that there was no one in line that lady grabbed my products shoved it to the side and stated she was waiting on another customer who was still shopping in store that doesn't make any sense to me it seems to me that the lady was very rude or racist or both being there I am a Caucasian male and she Hispanic female things like this need to stop it's ... read more
Terrible experience and Worst customer service. Not recommended at all
I wish that we could leave zero stars. I shop at the Dollar General in Vernon New Jersey ,it's horrible. The store was filthy and they never had products and if they did have it you couldn't get to them because they were always packing out and there were racks of things in front of everything else. They recently closed to renovate and now that they're reopened they still have nothing. I am not sure what their delivery truck brought in when it came in last week but many shelves are empty and so are the coolers in the frozen s... read more

I shop (or did) at the Sellersburg location . The one by the high school . I was so excited when this store went in because of great pricing, and convince . That is no longer the case . The store is filthy , hard to maneuver due to stock ALWAYS sitting in the isle . It seems this store has NO MANAGEMENT, they are on there own in this store . Money is not easy to come by these days and mine will be spent at someone that is more appreciative.

I was in Albia,IA 52531. The store manager was yelling at her employee calling her horrible names. I also saw her take items from the shelves like she was throwing them out but then she had her husband come and they take all the out dated items and put them in her car. She also hired her future daughter-in-law and has been giving her better treatment then all the other employees. Her husband also threatened one the employees. If I could put 0 stars I would the district manager for the stores in Daves district in slaton texas and lubbock texas him and Brenda have harassed my fiance to the point we're she quit. She came home crying because of the constant bulling this two have done to her. Brenda the manager off 1585 was giving my fiance's number out to make coustomers and have been calling her. Was in the Dollar General on Kenmore Ave in Buffalo, NY, zip code 14223, about 10:30 am on April 26th. I was at the counter waiting to check out when the female employee looked my way and promptly turned back to what she was doing- helping someone take apart boxes in the front of the store. Dollar General store number 1751. Address 135 North Main Street Lobelville, TN 37097. This store used to be a good store but the new manager they have is not from around here and she is bringing in her people from out of town and trying to run off what great help they do have. Three ladies that have worked for this store have been there a long time. One for 12 years. I have never, in my entire professional career, met an employee so incredibly dedicated to not only her job, but her subordinates, her customers, and her higher-ups!
