Dollar General puts profit before customers for over two months Dollar General Has not had any bath tissue of there 12 pack 1000 sheets code number 26459 41412, because they only charge $6.00 for there 12 pack bath tissue. What dollar did not send them to the store so they could make a BIG PROFIT. Dollar General had the 4 pack 1000 sheets $3.00 or the 1250 4 pack sheets $4.50 had all of their other pack there making a profit. Dollar General #14831 in Moundridge, Kansas. The store & parking lots are filthy & trash covered. The fire doors inside the store are always blocked with merchandise and freight. Many of the isles are full of unworked freight so badly they are not accessible to customer traffic. I have stopped buying a number of food items due to the fact that many of the expiration dates on the merchandise are out of date. My daughter in law went to a local dollar general. She found some dog treats that scanned a price of a penny. So she got all they had. She went to check out and the cashier told her she could not buy them because they were ringing up a penny. My DIL told her they were on the shelf and she had to sell them to her. So the cashier called the manager up to the register. The manager took them out of the cart and threw them behind the counter and told her to leave the store and never come back. Had a bad experience with this store. The store manager was wrong on an issue and she refused to fix it. I asked to speak to her boss and she refused to give me that information. She said that since that store was a franchise she didn't have to give me her bosses number. Janie was the managers name. So she says. She didn't even have a name tag on.

About 8 years ago when I had a problem with Dollar General, a regional manager worked with me to resolve the problem. This time we had an assistant manager who was cussing out customers and the other assistant manager. This person also refused to help me, a disabled person from getting things from upper and lower shelves. Three weeks later I get a form letter - "Thank you for your e-mail. I received one of the Dollar General advertisements; a small inflatable pool was featured as a special. I went to two locations, both told me they had nothing of the kind all season. It is obviously a ruse to get customers into the stores even though there is no chance the product is available. This practice is both dishonest and deplorable; and probably illegal. Dollar General should be ashamed of the way it conducts business.
