DollarGeneral has poor systems, business processes, and poor customer service response. The staff who work in the store seem very eager to do a good job but are hampered by computer systems and business processes that undermine their ability. I purchased 3 gift cards for family members. I wanted to confirm the card balances before I give them as gifts, their online systems for gift cards were terrible. Over a few days the system kept giving errors asking me to try again later. It is after SARS-COV2 epidemic, and the store's restrooms are still closed to paying customers. Very unethical to pregnant or post pregnant women.

We shop there all time and employees normally really nice us . Tonight 8/10/2021 we go into store and got some items and groceries and as we was leaving the lady employee says we see you all the time walking y'all should bring back our store baskets because we have to pay for em . Good Morning! I love shopping at Dollar General. I coupon on a regular basis and spend lots of money at different of your stores. Due to being sick yesterday, I decided to try pickup at my local store to save me from having to stand in long lines for quite awhile ( as we always do at this location ). It's gotten so bad there that my husband doesn't even like to stop for quick stops. The Seymour, Tn Dollar Gerneral Market employees are very rude and not very up to date on the sales ad. The employee said there was no sales ad and the item you wanted was not on sale after saying It is not on sale do you want it? I said no and I asked if they had sales ad he said no after walking to the front of the store surprise there are stacks of sales ads took it to the cashier he rolled his eyes never apologized or offered to correct the situation and threw the paper to the other side of the cash register. I live in Aberdeen Ohio! We have a new Dollar General store here! Everytime I go here to shop the shelves are not stocked! I don't understand why when a truck is here every week! I guess I should blame the people who work there and the Manager!

customer at Savannah mo 64485. For two months or more the air and coolers for groceries have been off Employees are risking their health to work I can't shop like this. No windows in building Nothing wrong with electric. Why aren't there electric fans in stalled because employee Tammy new two months ago it'd be off this long. The dg on cave spring rd Rome ga 30161 is never stocked everything is on carts no one is putting up products.they have a lot of turn around a lot of new hires who are not properly trained.They are always out of stock on a lot of every day items. I'm going to shop somewhere else!
