I purchased a car November 7th 2020 today after leaving a doctor's appointment my engine lights on the car shaking a little bit I get home and there's oil in the antifreeze reservoir and everytime I call it's either the message machine I get I know they have caller ID because I seen it when I was purchasing the car last month I put less than 700 miles on this car Netflix and they're telling me it's not covered any kind of warranty at least the service person is the managers not calling me back Jeffrey who sold me the car isn... read more

we made a deal with West Houston Subaru 2 weeks ago, gave a deposit on a car they said would be delivered on 30 Nov. The car didn't show up till Dec 1st so and wasn't going to be ready till today Dec 2nd. Went to dealership to pick up car. Deal was 28900 for this car. We gave a 500 deposit and we were going to pay $22,400 in cash and finance only $6000. Did the paperwork for financing and got a rate of 10.4% for 3 years and payments of 212 per month.
