Came from Nevada to pick the car up. Learned that they had scrounged the entire state of WA to find the last manual of its kind (2016 Impreza) which was brought over to my home town in Vancouver. All I had to do was finalize everything by being present and employees were highly accommodating, helpful, and informative. First time buying from a dealership.
