my service experience was not a good one I hope this was an isolated incident I know most places have very good techs and the one that looked at my son's car pencil whipped the inspection. I hope the other techs are better. and have integrity. I felt sorry for the service writer when she was informing me of a code the tech had reported. but my son's car did not have a turbo. or the tech did not understand what he was reporting. I wanted a true inspection and would have no problem paying the 125.00. I learned a lesson that so... read more
RecommendedTook our Forester in for several safety recalls which was going to take all day to complete. It was faster to just buy a new 2021 Forester! Tim Jaca and the team were professional and knowledgeable and worked to give us a “No Bull” deal In the shortest time possible. Very pleased with the new Forester and the deal we made.

Apparently their employees feel the need to attack other businesses because they don’t align with their “political views”. Their sales manager Jeff Ostrom doesn’t think you should do business with someone for that reason. If that’s how he thinks business should be done then he should live by those same standards for his place of business. RecommendedWent in for an oil change took about 1 hour & 20 min. Good service. i did not like their waiting room not great Social distancing with one older guy coughing a lot & NOT wearing a Mask like Everyone else was.
