Rod was really great to work with! He was genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. The other guys there...not so much. They seemed more interested in my money and limiting my options. And someone behind the counter was not all that kind to Rod for trying to give me options, which they likely didn't intend for me to hear but I was very put off either way that employees here are treated that way. Just bought a BEAUTIFUL used 2015 Subaru from Ather Munson this weekend. He was extremely patient with my husband and I as we evaluated each decision. We worked with Rod and he was awesome. From the very beginning we told Rod that we were just slowly going through the process, had an idea of what we were looking for, and what our situation was. Rod did not pressure us and made us feel comfortable while looking for a car. We maintained steady communication and he did a great job of continuing to give us quality options. In the end, we purchased a car from a private party. When I told Rod, he was happy for us and gracious. We will definitely be back to work with Rod.

Went to Dick Hannah Subaru in hopes of finding the Subaru I have always wanted. From the moment I called in and spoke to Antonio; the salesman, I was pleased with the way I was treated. Antonio was very helpful and put all his effort in to finding me the perfect car. Out of all my experiences with salesmen, Antonio was by far the best even tho for my own personal reasons of not walking away with the car of my dreams, I will always go back to him!

Had a great experience at Dick Hannah! Everyone I spoke with - from the email representative Max, to our dealer Huyen, to the finance guy Peter - was really positive and fun to work with. This was my first time leasing a car, and Huyen did a great job walking me through all the options and answering my questions. I never felt pressured, like I did at other dealerships. They definitely beat everyone else out in the customer service category. Highly recommend!
