I stand by Dick Hannah Subaru. The whole experience was good from the internet sales Anthony Brown who gave me a quote which they honored. My recent car buying experience at Dick Hannah was a home run!! Thanks to a brief chat with Tom Gillstrap who set me up with Sales Consultant Dee Long, I received a great deal and drove off in a 2016 Subaru Outback with all the bells and whistles I wanted. Our experience buying with Sue Heath was wonderful. She walked us through the process, was never pushy or abrasive about the price or the warranty. The next day when we brought our 3 young boys in with us to finish the paper work, she brought them all snacks and even sat and talked with them while we finished with the finance manager. Bassam Aamoudi, he's the only person you need to know at Hannah Subaru. I put him through many weeks of "looking" and asking questions and he was always the same. Professional, delightful and easy going! Start to finish we shopped over a 4 week period and never once did I hear "can you purchase today" Many thanks to the whole Hannah team for a seamless process. So far loving our 2016 Outback!
