I'm a first time renter and I was so nervous walking in that I wouldn't find anything in my price range. However, Apple was amazing! My experience at Dick Hannah Subaru was amazing. I came to them expecting to get a used vehicle, but they hooked me up with a brand new 2016 Subaru Imprezza. My sales rep Abdul Quddus was such a great guy, he was extremely friendly and helping me with whatever question i had. He went above and beyond what a normal sales rep would do. When we initially bought our 2016 Impreza it was a great experience. The process moved quickly, there were no hangups and the service was great. As soon as we left the lot (we live 2 1/2 hours away) we found out our two spare keys didn't work. We contacted our salesman immediately and he got to work on the issue, later letting us know that we had to bring the car back. My boyfriend and I went shopping with no idea what to get. Anthonio at Dick Hannah was very helpful and treated us with the best customer service I could have asked for. He listened to my needs and made sure I found what I was looking for even after multiple trips to other dealers to compare cars.
