We're loving our new Outback. We negotiated online with Anthony, which was so easy and low pressure, and we got a fair price. Everyone we talked to at the dealership was also very helpful and not too pushy. We did get bounced around a little, I would have preferred to just deal with Antonio, who was great. Peter in financing made the process very easy. We'll be getting a trailer hitch installed there soon, so we'll be testing out the service department.
Salesperson Dee, was very unqualified and couldn't even explain the added regional fee they tac on to raise sticker price, then lied saying everyone has it when Portland did not

I live in Portland Oregon. I drove to San Francisco to visit my daughter in March and left my old Subaru Outback for her. But then I would need a new car right away when I flew back to Portland! Do NOT purchase from this dealer! We purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback less than 3 months ago, paid for tax, title, and licensing, and a doc fee. They messed it up and didn't list our lien holder on the title. When we called and asked them to pay for a replacement title because it was due to a mistake on their behalf, they refused.
