We were greeted by Basam and Robert was asked to assist us in our new vehicle purchase. Robert did a fantastic job of putting us at ease during the whole process. He even helped us transfer our personal belongings to our new vehicle! WOW!!! Way beyond our wildest expectations!We would recommend this dealership and Robert to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle! All the staff we dealt with at the dealership were terrific!!

Huyen was super helpful! I knew I wanted to purchase a Subaru Crosstrek but I wasn't sure which version. He was informative, knowledgable, and gave us space to think things over. He was not pushy at all and before we left, he made sure my Bluetooth was set up and that I knew how to work it. The paperwork with Ali went smoothly, too. He was understanding and helpful. He made the paperwork process entertaining and fun, which is hard to do! The Dick Hannah team made purchasing a car a breeze. :)
We just bought our second Subaru! We wouldn't go anywhere else. When our first ru had some issues, both Subaru and Dick Hannah took care of everything! Can't recommend enough. When you go in, ask for Sue.
I've dealt with a lot of dealerships in my time and this has been the best experience of them all. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They made the whole process as easy possible. Nick was an exceptional salesman and at no time did I ever feel that he or the dealership was only interested in making a buck. First time buying a new car. Had a few specifications that we wanted and Rod Smith was able to hep us out completely. I was expecting a high pressure sales experience like many of our other experiences but that was not the case. Rod seemed interested in making a sale but not too pushy to force us into a car that didn't fit us. We will definitely be buying our next car from Dick Hannah.
Bassam was so easy to work with! He wasn't a pushy salesman. He showed us several models and gave us time to make the decision that was best for us! Ali was easy to work with to get the final paperwork done. We enjoyed our experience and will return there for any future needs!!
