I purchased my Forester recently and my situation was complicated. Bassam in sales, Rob the manager,and Aamar in the financial dept. made the experience so positive and enjoyable from the moment we arrived. I purchased a 2017 Outback from Dick Hannah Subaru about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I can't say enough about the professional sales team that they have. Peter was so easy to work with and made our day easy and smooth. Paper work was done very timely, great food was offered and enjoyed. They worked well with the friend I brought with me, and promptly and fairly negotiated a total price; monthly payment and interest rate, and trade-in value for my old WRX. I bought a 2017 WRX, which is SO FUN to DRIVE! The Fusion ski pass promo....was great too...so thanks for making my car purchase as painless as possible, LOL..inspite of a car payment.
Apple just sold me a car. Experience was good. I mentioned it being lunch time and she asked if I'd like something from the deli. I declined so she brought me a whole platter of snacks!

I can only say good things about this car buying experience. My wife and I were clear on what we wanted and about wanting one price without ongoing negotiation. Susan Heath, our agent, was wonderful at expediting the process and meeting our needs. I felt no pressure. Several people from the shop as well as other staff worked together to make this the best car buying experience we have ever had.
