This is my fourth Subaru, and my second from Dick Hannah. I enjoyed the exchanges I had with Andrew and Huyen was professional and personable (not an ordinary combination of traits.) The internet sales and in store sales folks worked together (you'd be surprised how rare that is!), and I got to see the Ammar, the salesperson I'd bought from before in his present position in finance. I'm very happy with the new Outback and with the deal I was able to negotiate.

Purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester from Dick Hannah Subaru in Vancouver today. Excellent customer service from everyone there. Apple in showed us around and we took a few test drives. Manager worked with us and the finance manager made it quick and easy! We met Jeremiah who will answer any questions we have with the "tech" stuff in our new car! So exciting! We met with Nic Malen at Dick Hannah Subaru. I was impressed with the time he took with us and would definitely say this was what I call seamless customer service. He took us through the features inside the car, under the hood and even the doors safety features. Nic even took the time to program out phones to sync to the car before We left!
