After going to several dealerships and not having very good experiences, I tried Dick Hannah Subaru. I had a great experience, they didn't stop until they found me exactly what I wanted. Just when I thought I would have to wait just a bit longer for the car I was looking for, they surprised me and pulled it out front. I will definitely be going back for any future cars. And I will recommend them to anyone who's looking for a new car! Can't thank them enough for the wonderful experience!
Went in to test drive a forester not thinking I would be able to afford a new one but Nic was extremely helpful and sympathetic to my situation and got me in a brand new forester that day. Highly recommend Dick Hannah Subaru!!!

Update..I'd like to say thank you to Zach at Subaru service for reaching out and addressing my concerns. Great customer service skills and I very much appreciate the call! Usually they are on point, fast and efficient. I went in for headlight bulb replacement..was told 30-45 mins...ended up hour and a half..with ZERO updates. Disgusting.
Our salesman, Huyen, was so nice to work with. He was super patient and answered all of our questions. I loved how he wasn't pushy at all!! When we decided which car to buy, the only downfall was trying to work out a deal with his manager. We wasted a lot of time going back and forth just for him to eventually agree with our number so that part was a pain but other than that it was great. Our finance guy, Abdul, was really nice to work with as well.
We had a really fabulous experience this week at Dick Hannah Subaru! We had the pleasure of working with Rod Smith and we would love to purchase from him again in the future. My husband and I went in expecting the worst and walked away with a new car for less than we expected per month. We can't thank Rod enough for teaching us everything we needed to know about our new Subaru! We are so in love with our new car! Thank you all for a great experience, I'm sure we will be back next time we are in the market for a new car!
