I went in to my Crosstrek serviced and left with the Crosstrek and the Outback. Apple Dysiatco made it happen for me. She is very knowledgeable about the car and I appreciated her no pressure approach. She answered my questions and allowed me to make my decision to purchase the vehicle.

Nicholas was a great help in finding the correct car at the best price. We loved our 2015 Impreza Sport Limited but needed a little more space. After testing out an Outback Limited we loved it too, but didn't think it would fit our budget. Somehow, he made it happen. We love our new car and the simplicity of the sales process. It was great. My wife and I spent some time yesterday with Sue Heath at Dick Hannah Subaru. Karen needed a car but we didn't want to spend enough money to buy a new vehicle. They do the least that they can to make money off of you. They sold me a used car.. and supposedly fixed the brakes right before. Had to have them replaced a couple months later. They should have fixed the timing belt since it was due at the time I bought it. They didn't. Now they have forced out Value Village so they could use their parking lot. A Vancouver business and service to the community gone because of their greed. I hate them.
