Rod Smith went above and beyond today to clear up a finance issue when the credit union lost the payoff check on my trade in. He took time out of his day, which happened to be his day off, to make phone calls and get a new check reissued and personally hand delivered it to the bank himself. The time eventually came to take the old truck in and upgrade to a new Crosstrek. Rod Smith is the reason that we decided to pull the trigger with Dick Hannah. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and left us with an outstanding experience and made this absolutely painless.
