Since relocating the area, my beloved 2009 Forester has been in for routine service several times. We have been very pleased in all respects. Yesterday's visit was more emergent (failed battery, after nearly 8(!) years). Purchasing a Subaru was pleasant enough until I had to sign paperwork in a private room with a finance employee who gave me a hard sell on the extended bumper to bumper policy. I declined repeatedly. I was told I was on camera and the finance agent insisted he had to document my specific reasons for declining. He clacked noisily at his keyboard as he punched in reasons I said "no." I was told the process was required by the State because of all the newer onboard electronics and that Subaru might call to ask why I declined. T... read more
I went in to buy my first new car, expecting it to be miserable and stressful. It was the exact opposite!!! I was helped by Apple Dysiatco. Not only was she the most understanding, helpful and knowledgeable professional but she's also super sweet inside and out! I doubt I'll be in the market for a new car anytime soon but I can only hope when the time comes again, Apple will still be around to help!
