We drove almost four hours just to buy our car from Dick Hannah. They were fast, friendly and there were no hidden surprises. If I had to do it all over again I would make the drive just to deal with these awesome people. Oh and Apple is awesome! She had everything ready to go when we got there. When we buy another Subaru we will be going back to see them!
Went in to purchase a new Subaru Crosstrek. There were hardly any colors or trim levels to choose between. They will charge you a minimum of $500 to order the color/trim you want. I ended up agreeing to pay significantly more than I planned for the highest trim level on the Crosstrek because it was the only color they had that was closest to what I was looking for. Bought my 1st new subi at this dealership. I had been actively looking for 3 weeks and finally got it for a great price. I went in half an hour before they close but Apple was nice enough to show me the car I want and let me have a little test drive. I was happy with the whole purchasing process and it was relatively stress free in Dick Hannah. I would recommend my friends and family here again.
Dick Hannah Subaru is such a great place to buy a car. My husband and I were helped by Antonio Pedroza and he was awesome. We took our time checking out and test driving several Foresters and he was super patient, helpful, and friendly. He even drove all the way to Salem to get last minute paperwork signed for us!
