Went in to trade in my 13' FRS for a 17' BRZ, did just that. Great effort on the dealers part and especially Dom for making everything work out for me! Will always come back to buy for future purchases.

I called him the next day and told him what I wanted--he worked with his manager to have the Outback with the color and features i wanted delivered same day from Seattle. Absolutely the best experience we have ever had! Peter was out sales guy (highly recommended) He went above and beyond! Our finance guy was Ammar and he again went above and beyond! Ammar was able to get us in the car we wanted and work miracles for us on our interest rate. The whole staff was friendly! We are very pleased with our experience with Dick Hannah Subaru, in particular Bassam Aamoudi. Bassam polite, through, and knowledge. Working with Bassam was very satisfying. We are also very pleased with the Outback it performed very well in ice and snow on our recent trip to Sun River. The driver and the 2 passengers very impressed.

I worked with Hoang and Over all the experience went pretty smoothly, all things considered. We were pretty hard customers to work with so I appreciated his willingness to work with us. The stock seemed low, compared to last time, but I still found mostly what I was looking for.
This experience was amazing! We had a bad time at another dealership and we're hesitating to even try another one but I am so happy we did! Peter (our sales man) was awesome, friendly, and made everything so simple and easy! I definitely recommend coming to Dick Hannah Subaru & having Peter help you!!
