I walked in to Dick Hannah Subaru and the atmosphere felt much calmer than other dealerships. I was not immediately "swarmed" by tons of salesmen. I ended up being greeted by Ather as I was browsing cars. He was so patient, as I wanted to test drive a few different models and had tons of questions. We bought a certified preowned Subaru Impreza from Dick Hannah Subaru on March 25 2017. We made an appt with internet sales to check out a subaru we saw online. Unfortunately when we arrived at our appt time someone else was test driving it. I don't often write a review. Robert Muncaster has changed my mind about writing a review. He was patience to explain the ins and outs of the Subaru vehicle to me. He addressed all my questions. He worked hard with the general manager in order to bring the price down where I wanted. He brought snacks and drinks for me and my wife while we waiting for him to work with the general manager. Had a great experience w/ Robert Muncaster, Andrew Jamison and the rest of the Dick Hannah crew that helped us. We went there, after visiting 2 other dealerships, thinking we were just going to take a look, but left with the car we were looking for.
