Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly gentleman by the name of Antonio. He asked us what we were interested in we let him know what our ideal payments would be and that we wanted to look at hatchback Impreza's. I wasn't going to bother posting a review about my experience with Dick Hannah, but I'm still in shock at how rude and unprofessional Kenny Nguyen and Curtis Etchandy were. I can understand how wanting to return a car would be frustrating but the car I purchased was already having problems the day after I bought it. These people were not understanding of the situation at all and tried blaming me for what was wrong with it. They made buying my first car a terrible experience. Totally unprofessional.
