I had a wonderful experience getting my Subaru Impreza recently. I worked with Chris K. He was awesome to work with and knew exactly what I was looking for. He also took the time to explain everything to me and was very accomodating to my 4 year old daughter. My boyfriend also worked with Chris to get a truck. We were both very happy with our experiences! highly recommend Chris!
My experience was pretty great with Christian and Ather. I mainly worked with Christian though. Neither one ever pressured me into buying anything. Christian was very knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to educate me on Subaru since this was my first time ever driving one. I test drove the Impreza, Crosstrek, and Forrester. I love buying my Subaru’s through dick Hannah Subaru but going to their service center is a killer. My Forester was in back in September for a accident for the whole back end. I thought it was a good idea to do its oil change while it was there. I paid $80 for the oil change just to find out it never got done properly! So we went back to get it changed and I demanded a free oil change, they made it happen. I was content till today.
