Over the phone I contacted the service department then we decided to trade it in and upgrade to a new vehicle. My Team Service Manager Chris was a great help. RecommendedWorked with Steven Carrol. He was super nice and didn’t get annoyed with questions. The whole team top to bottom was great. We were the last customers 3nights in a row bc I am picky and could not choose the one I wanted. Steven was super knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. We will be back for future purchases.
The recent post by the fired salesman because he obtained his real estate license has forever tarnished the Wallace name. I have purchased from a Wallace dealership before but no longer. My search for a new auto will not include any Wallace dealership! If you treat you work family as you did him, how can I or anyone trust you?
