My old car broke/died (279,000miles) on the road, had the car towed to Dick Hannah Subaru. Over the phone I contacted the service department then we decided to trade it in and upgrade to a new vehicle. My Team Service Manager Chris was a great help. He gave me the contact number for Paul Halama in Sales. I sent Paul the specific model info. They located the car exactly as I had requested. It was all handled over the phone. Worked with Steven Carrol. He was super nice and didn’t get annoyed with questions. The whole team top to bottom was great. We were the last customers 3nights in a row bc I am picky and could not choose the one I wanted. Steven was super knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. We will be back for future purchases.
The recent post by the fired salesman because he obtained his real estate license has forever tarnished the Wallace name. I have purchased from a Wallace dealership before but no longer. My search for a new auto will not include any Wallace dealership! If you treat you work family as you did him, how can I or anyone trust you?
The team was professional, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire process. They were not in my face trying to push for the sale like other dealerships that I have used in the past. Maria and the finance manager were amazing and gave a top notch customer experience. I will recommend this team to anyone looking for a quality vehicle from a quality team.
Maybe it is cheesy but I had an amazing experience upping my Oregonian creds with Subaru of Corvallis. Work with Maya Leeds she is amazing and genuinely just wants to see you happy. I look forward to mistaking my car at all of the trailheads :)

We had a wonderful experience. We managed to test drive and purchase a new car with a two year older with us. Pablo was knowledgeable and kind. He was wonderful with our son and helped us keep him happy as we filled out paperwork! I appreciate how Pablo didn’t pressure us into anything and was very honest. It felt like he genuinely cared for what we needed as a family.
