Bassam and his manager Chris were superb in dealing with the purchase of our new car. Like other people here this dealership was not the first Subaru one we went to,,,, they were though the first to actually listen to what we wanted. Bassam was exactly the type of sales person we liked,, by that I mean he was not hard sell,, not at all, and with car salesmen having a stereotype of hard sell he was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Bassm with no problems at all.
We have been looking at getting a Subaru for a while, so we stopped by for a test drive. They had great inventory and everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful, especially Dee and Joe. We got the car we wanted and love it so far!
Hands down - the best there is. Dick Hannah Subaru was the obvious choice for me. This is my first time buying a car at Dick Hannah and I am pretty happy with this experience. Dee Long is very knowledgable, understanding and caring. The whole staff there was doing their best to get the exactly car I want. I bought a 2016 Subaru Forester with package 14 in white color, which is very rare at the moment. They found one in Eugene and drove it back for me on the next day. I highly recommend this dealership and definitely will come back in the future.
I'll admit that Dick Hannah was not the first dealership I walked into, but after doing business with Jeremiah Ostrander I'll never buy a car anywhere else.
