Purchased a vehicle in July 2020. I am still waiting on permanent plates? Both the finance person and the owner are incompetent. Don't bother with this dealership.

Horrible customer service! Made request online thru chat; received 2 automated replies. I responded with specific request 2 times for total price, including tax, title, etc notifying dealer I live out of state. Received replies that I will received the quote shortly but no reply. After my 3rd contact, with complaint no one is following through, received email from Internet Sales Director, “we do not sell vehicles out of state.
