Came in last Sunday after reserving my 2016 Forester online through their Virtual Deal service. After arriving at the dealership, I took a test drive with Bassam Amoudi and he pointed out various things to know about the vehicle. I was originally searching for a used Subaru Forester, but many car buyers will know how difficult this can be in the Pacific Northwest! Dick Hannah had such competitive pricing on new cars that I ended up buying a new Forester instead. Peter, my salesperson, was very gracious, patient, friendly, and understanding. I'm grateful for his help and support - which I realize sounds weird for a car sale, but it's true!
I worked with the internet dept to find what I was looking for. Before I contacted them, I had test drove a 2015, base model Crosstrek. I liked it, but decisions like this don't come easy for me.
