Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here.
Great location, staff friendly, room quiet, clean & functional. Next to shops for convenience. Very happy to stay 3 nights here �. Highly recommend.

During my stay over the last few days ...was so relaxing , with friendly helpful staff, lovely people ...made me feel welcome :) I'll be back down next month ... so handy for hospital appointments, walking distance to South bank and restaurants ...love it :) Enjoy your evening !

Definilty 5 star service, very friendly & helpful staff, ideally located near the Mater Hospital & made our visit awhole lot easier with being next door to a few different restaurants & supermarket is great as well
They have done a great job of updating with modern fixtures and great bathrooms here at the Hotel with the recent renovations
When things were looking bad for us the Best Western Diana was an oasis in the desert..Excellent staff and service ...Particularly Danny who went above and beyond during a very stressful time for us. Cheers Lizzie and Pete
