I have never really liked shopping for jewelry just because I don’t know anything about it. But Randy over at the Diamond Vault made my experience a dream. I not only got a great deal but I also learned ALOT about diamonds with there colors and clarities. I sort of feel like an expert now. I highly recommend them for anything jewelry related.

I needed a present for my Moms birthday and Tim at Diamond Vault took care of me. He found a pair of earrings in my budget and made sure they were shipped with a hand written note and on time for her birthday. She loved them! I would highly recommend them, not only for their great jewelry, but for the amazing service.

What impressed me so much about The Diamond Vault of Troy is that I didn't walk into a room with a bunch of display cases which would have probably overwhelmed me. I'm very happy with my Diamond Vault experience. The customer service was excellent. Tim and Randy were very friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. The atmosphere was comfortable but not stuffy. They gave me a better price than other jewelers I visited. Also, they have beautiful jewelry. I would definitely recommend them to others.
