My fiancé and I only looked at the Diamond Vault of Troy for engagement rings. We had read all of the reviews online and my sister had purchased her engagement ring from them, so we knew that the Diamond Vault of Troy was the only place we wanted to go. Peter-John worked with us on choosing a ring and educated us on all of the aspects of diamonds. There is no better place to look for jewelry than the Diamond Vault of Troy. Dealing with Tim was an amazing experience from the first moment we talked into the vault. There was no pressure to buy and he was extremely informative. Tim was able to custom make our pieces to our exact specifications and the final results far exceeded our expectations. There is no where else we will buy jewelry from this point on.

After going to about 10 different “chain” diamond stores, I was completely blown away from the moment I walked in the door at Diamond Vault Of Troy. I took my 34 year old wedding set to Diamond Vault of Troy to have the stones re-set in a newer setting. I also wanted to use as much of my gold as possible in the new ring. I also wanted a custom designed setting. Well, Randy was able to do it all, and magnificently! The service I received at the Diamond Vault was exceptional. I sold some jewelry and was paid more here than other places that quoted me. And, they even gave me $100 towards the gas for driving from an hour away. It was very personal service and I hope to 'buy' something from them in the future rather than 'sell'. They have wonderful staff and Randy is a great person to do business with! Highly recommend...even if you live far (like myself)...it was worth the drive to do business with a great company.
