The Diamond Vault did a fantastic job on my wedding ring and my fiancees. Once we saw the final product we had her engagement ring redone by them and it looked better than when I originally got it. The custom work that they do is tremendous. All you need to do is describe what you want and they'll create it. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. They were all so nice and knowledgable that I will be going to them for all of my jewlery needs for a lifetime
Randy is the best salesmen I've ever met. He is completely dedicated to the satisfaction of his customers. My sisters and I wanted these custom "sister rings" made within a week, and Randy was able to knock it out for us and at a reasonable price! He is completely dedicated to his work and truly values client feedback. Seriously... if you want a beautiful unique piece of jewelery see Randy or anyone at Diamond Vault of Troy! My husband is extremely detail oriented and cost conscious. Tim and Randy exceeded his (and my) expectations with my custom engagement ring and wedding band. After being married three years and having a baby, we went back to Tim and Randy to re-size my rings. They are honest and efficient, a great combination. They are our jewelers for life.
I had no idea what a position an engagement ring put the guy into. Randy at Tim at Diamond Vault helped out my fiance at ease and helped him to create a beautiful custom ring for me. The ring could not have been more perfect! We went back to get our wedding bands from them as well. What a help they both were! I look forward to many more years of diamonds from them!
There are two things I love Diamonds and Wine. Well the Diamond Vault in Troy has both. One on one consultation, along with great price, customer service in a relaxing setting with a glass of wine. What more can you ask for? I took some gold that was very special and Tim and Randy gave me an awesome price. We also got our wedding bands, mine custom fitted to my engagement ring. I have been all over the world and dealt with different jewelers, and I have NEVER found the quality or service they offer at Diamond Vault of Troy. They want you to be a satisfied customer and become their fan, and they put muscle behind that. Every time I've gone in they have offered me something to drink, and cleaned my jewelry. By far these guys are the best out there! During my recent visit to the Diamond Vault I was so very impressed with Timothy and Randall.
