I love this place! Tim and Randy are so friendly. I have been in several times and they are always so friendly, they give my two year old a sucker each time. My husband got me a beautiful pair of earrings from them and the value was even better than the earrings I had been eyeing at Costco (I peeked at the receipt). They were also able to remove the scratches from my wedding rings and they looked like new. I would recommend them to anyone.
This is the second time I've purchased an engagement ring and this experience was far and away more comfortable because of Randy (and Tim). These guys educated me about what was within my price range when it came to the stone and delivered more without breaking my budget. They did not make decisions for me, but laid out my options without any pressure. DVoT built a custom setting for me, a person who knows very little about jewelery. Amazing service, Amazing Company! If you are looking for a jeweler that you can trust I strongly recommend these guys! They were honest and up front with me in appraising my brothers ex fiances egagement set. While I sat there they offered me refreshments, wine, coffee, water, whatever I wanted. I love going to the Diamond Vault of Troy! Besides the fact that I get an amazing hot chocolate blend of my choice with whipped cream to sip on while I wait for them to polish my rings, their work is like a breath of fresh air!
