Timothy and Randy at Diamond Vault of Troy made my ring buying experience easier, more informed, and less expensive than I was expecting. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything I didn't want, which is important when you don't know much about buying a diamond ring in the first place. I used Diamond Vault to purchase wedding bands/bridal jewelry for my wedding. Tim and Randy are great...they made a custom wedding band for me to go with my grandmother's engagement ring. I was extremely happy with them. Unfortunately, I ended up calling off my wedding. Tim and Randy were awesome; I was able to return the wedding bands and get my money back with no problem. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and she lost her wedding ring in the ocean. We contacted Randy to do an appraisal and work with us and the insurance company. First of all, these guys KNOW what they are talking about. Second, they give you the best quality for the best price of ANYWHERE.
