Both Tim and Randy are all professional all the time but very charming and fun at the same time. I visited Diamond Vault of Troy and met Timothy Mayer. He was very professional and explained the pricing with me. I talked to other Jewelers but Diamond Vault of Troy had the best rates. These guys are great, I live in Florida and worked with them down in Tampa to get some jewelry exchanged. They pay top dollar from what I've seen, and they couldn't be nicer.

Tim and Randy at the Diamond Vault made my dream into a reality! Last year I received a beautiful engagement ring from my now husband that was perfect in my eyes. However, the wedding band that was made to accompany it was not what I wanted and not at all flattering to the already gorgeous ring. Tim and Randy at Diamond Vault of Troy are the Good Guys! I was selling some gold last year, and had gotten an offer from a jeweler. I called Tim, told him the weight, and how much I had been offered, and he gave me $300.00 more! That was 30% more than the other "jeweler" was going to give me. You just don't find that level of integrity and honesty anymore. You will not find better customer service that at the Diamond Vault either.
