What can I say; Randy and Tim are simply the best in the business. I was shopping for my fiancée's engagement ring (or I should say the center stone) for over three and a half months. I went to some of the higher end places, which all had nice, stuff, but really took advantage of their customers financially. I also went to a few pawn shops which never really delivered. On my first visit to The Diamond Vault, I was amazed by the plush surroundings and the accessibility of the jewelry. There is no pointing at a ring you like through a glass case;everything is open to you and you are encourage to try it all. Other jewelry stores tried to dissuade me from the diamond I really wanted- a fancy brown called a cognac diamond-but Randy used all his resources to find the stone for me at the size and price we wanted. Called in this morning and asked what the payout for 14k gold was per gram, and the owner answered the phone. He gave me the price and offered to match anyone else just based off of my word. True to his word, he matched a price I found online for a jeweler in Brighton, and wrote me a check for my gold right there. He even took out a stone for me to keep from one of my rings. My husband and I went to the Diamond Vault for an appraisal of our wedding rings and they actually treated us as if we had originally bought the rings there. The service was very professional and personal. The owner and staff were all very nice and we were very impressed with the quality of jewelry and the uniqueness of their selection of jewelry. Even thou we went for an appraisal I am possitive we will be back for a purchase.
