I am a first time customer of the Diamond Vault of Troy but am experienced when it comes to engagement rings and other jewelry. In fact, I had a wedding ring for 11 years and unfortunately it was stolen. I was devistated and without going into too much detail, I was very reluctant to even wear another ring again because it was stolen off of me when I was wearing it. It was beautiful. I found the Diamond Vault of Troy by luck. I had a very unique custom engagement ring in mind. Fortunately I met Randy who took a personal interest in my idea. This included a variety of very rare stones and cuts in a complicated setting. He is truly an artist and a great person to deal with. My wife was blown away it turned out so good (and for half the price I expected to pay). I would highly recommend them to anyone particulary for custom jewelry

These guys are great. My wife and I have had wonderful experiences the multiple times we've worked with Diamond Vault on some jewelry purchases. I bought my wife's engagement ring, and subsequently her wedding ring from Randy. A couple of years later it was stolen and I knew just where to go. Randy got us a replacement ring that was much nicer than anything I would have been able to afford anywhere else. Great experience buying from the Diamond Vault of Troy - my husband and I went searching for a unique piece of jewelry ("Delivery Diamonds") for the birth of our first daughter.
