The tech that was sent out was polite. He checked his first major problem, All good. Next he said was the outside. He found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. It needed a new part. He installed in about an hour. He was on point the entire time. Thank you Steve and Design Aire. We have been using Design Aire for many years and always have answers and done quickly.

Very pleased with the service provided by Design Aire. Had an appointment for the following day for preventive maintenance, but had a capacitor go out on the air conditioning unit and called for service. Design Aire responded that same day! Jake, the service technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He had us up and going in no time at all. Would highly recommend this company.

This was a check-up tune-up contract call for my cooling system. The technician was prompt, called about 15 minutes ahead of time. He knew his business and did the service call in a timely and thorough manner. Very courteous and answered all my questions.
